Purchased the BLTA- not sure where the avocado was and the price on the Peoria website referenced one price but charged more.... When asked - informed that price wasn?t correct but was informed the app would have the correct (increased) price. Maybe the appalso makes reference of the lack of avocado. Read more

Mac and cheese tasted bad, very salty and stale. Staff seemed not interested in doing their jobs and overall, Potbelly... sandwiches have gone down in quality and taste. I will think twice next time Read more

Horrible customer service. Cashier was completely unpleasant and unprofessional. She had an attitude with multiple customers... while we were there and looked frumpy, out of uniform, wearing a tshirt that said flex. We will never return to this location. Read more

Second time eating here. Ham and Swiss, my buddy had roast beef with provolone. Nothing special. Compares favorably to Subway... and Jimmy John's. I wouldn't drive out of my way for any of them. I was generous in my rating. Read more

Our food was good and tasty, but the service was lackluster. When placing our order, the initial associate that made up our... sandwiches was exceptional, even accommodating to one of the sandwiches when they ran out of a specific ingredient. However, theassociate that put together our soups and actually rang up our order was rude; there was a communication issue due to masksmuffling voices and ventilation noise, so said associate ended up asking us the same question 2-4 times (again, I can't recallhow many times as it was difficult to hear) to which a member of our party replied in a more communicable way so that theassociate could hear us and understand. The associate must have taken this as her being condescending or being upset as shethen replied with a very snotty attitude and started aggressively placing our cups, crackers, and silverware in front of us, wasrolling her eyes and raising her eyebrows, etc. There were also some comments made under her breath. Ultimately this was just avery unprofessional response and seeing others' reviews really puts the puzzle together. Possibly a better order-entry systemwould lessen the confusion and make it easier to pay for orders, and possibly a more level-headed person to be managing theregister would make it easier to leave a better review. Sorry to say the service was horrendous. Some of the employees acted totally put out to wait on us, rolling their eyes and... cutting me off as I ordered. The food was substandard on this occasion as well. I had the current special Chicken Tomato Mozz.See the attached photo of one of the marquis ingredients. Really??? They made several mistakes ringing up our order includingmajorly overcharging us. I like the Potbelly company but would never return to this location. As I look through the ownerreplies to these reviews all I see is the same canned response, word for word. Dear owner: If you can't actually take the timeto respond with a genuine personal response then I suggest you don't respond at all. It comes across as fake and insincere. Read more

I LOVE this place. Everything from how the shop is decorated, the really really great food as well as the friendly staff is... something memorable. They even have live music some days. Try the Wreck or the Turkey clubs. Also remember to buy a big pickle!Great place, highly recommended. Read more
