I went to this Qdoba on 10/27/22 to redeem my free entrée reward. I walked inside the restaurant and asked the lady who would... be preparing my food if I could get a bowl as my free reward; She said I could. She asked if I wanted white or brown rice; Isaid brown. I asked for pinto beans. She then asked what my protein would be; I said chicken. After she added the chicken, sheasked if I wanted extra chicken. Me, knowing it was a free bowl, said yes. We proceeded to go down the line until the bowl wascomplete. At that point, I was ready to use my reward. I took out my phone and pulled up my app. After we finally figured outhow to redeem the reward, I scanned my code only to find out I owed $3.27! She informed me it was for the extra chicken sheOFFERED me! $3.27??!! She didn't tell me it was going to cost extra! And she KNEW I was getting a FREE bowl! You can say,"It wasonly 3 dollars, why bother?" But three dollars?! For 3oz of extra chicken!!!! On a bowl that was supposed to be FREE!!! What ascam! You spend $125 to earn a reward only to have to pay for the "extras" they OFFER you! I should've confronted her then andthere, reminding her of how SHE asked ME if I wanted extra chicken with my FREE bowl and didn't tell me I would have to pay forit. But... I was in too much shock and kind of rattled, so I wasn't thinking straight in the moment. As far as how the foodtasted, it was great! I love Qdoba, but I would still appreciate some sort of compensation for her lack of being forthright withme. Read more
Terrible Catering Service! Our Hot Bar deliveries for Corporate lunches have been very late (over 40 minutes) the last 2 times... and missing items!! How do you do the taco bar without the shells/tortillas? Manager does not understand customer service andhe is RUDE!! I cannot order if they cannot deliver on time with what we ordered. This last order on 9/8 they charged me anadditional POS adjustment of $199.20 AFTER delivery and the manager could not explain it. I had to have my credit card getinvolved. Great food. But dirty tables and floor. We sat at the only clean table and it was so wobbly we had to move to a dirty table.... Guess what... that table was even worse. Very wobbly. Finally our 3rd table was not wobbly but it was dirty. We had to cleanourselves. 3 people behind the counter working on food. Maybe one more in kitchen. 2 customers in dinning area. So theyweren't busy. The staff just wasn't cleaning dinning room. One table not the previously mentioned had a dirty rag under theleg to try to level the table better. My advice " get new tables !!" If the dinning room is dirty how does the kitchen look. Intoday's word we want clean ! Step it up . Read more
Everything at the counter was very fresh. From the lettuce to the salsas, all looked good. But, Why is the steak and chicken so... tough and chewy? Trim out the gristle and it would be a huge improvement. Great fresh food for vegetarians, but jaw breakingmeats for the rest. Broken self serve Coke machine so had to buy overpriced bottle. Restaurant was clean, service very good,just need to increase meat quality, especially at modern pricing levels. Read more
I was passing thru and hungry this is one places that I can go to eat meatless. i like their lime rice, and I always ask for 2... scoops of black beans and put pic adegallo on top. The server suggested that next time & that day that I was in there to tellthem I want sides dishes next time. To tell them to put it in one bowl. I thanked her and felt it was nice of her to be upfront with me. she said it was cheaper for me to order that way. She also suggested another eatery that was vegan/ vegatariantoo. Read more
Loved my food; you can't go wrong with Qdoba in my opinion. It's a nice location and environment. The restaurant was clean and... kept up. The service was great. I asked questions and they were attentive and tried their best to cater to my requests. Willdefinitely come back! Read more
Got home and my food was wrong, drove back to the store to ask them to remake it and was met with arguing. If it had just been... remade when I asked this would have been a solid 4.5* visit, but the employee fought me about remaking my food that he messed upto begin with. I wasn't looking for free food, but just what I ordered. Read more
