Drive up is extremely slow, but when I got to window there were a lot of people standing around in there. All waiting on... someone else to do something?? And the landscaping, shrubs etc is awful and unsightly. It was a mess all summer. Bad news fora classy upscale establishment. Read more

The quality of drinks here is usually pretty good, and the staff is very friendly, but the drive through is terrible. Not enough... space for the amount of traffic coming into this location. During rush hours it is a total cluster to get in and out of thisplace. Read more

A very busy Starbucks. They also seem to prioritize online and drive through orders. So if you go pick one of those. We went... inside and waited 20+ minutes to get our drinks. In hindsight I would have gone to a different location. IE the one in Hyvee. Read more

This Starbuck is SUPER busy and only has 2 people on drinks. Waited 5 minutes in the drive though the first day and 25 minutes... (I finally asked how much longer and I think I then got moved to the front of the line) for my carryout. It was as expectedquality products, but staff organization to handle the busy local could be improved. Read more

The staff was friendly despite being down an espresso machine. The drive thru was a bit backed up but not any worse than most... drive thrus these days. My order was correct and delicious ???? Read more

This Starbucks is always, always slow. I don?t know what continues to make it so drastically different from all the other area... locations. It?s the most convenient by a long shot for me so when the line looks reasonable, I?ll give it a go. This time, Iordered a caramel ribbon crunch frapp for my daughter and they handed me the drink and I was a little shocked, asked why it?sfilled up half way from the bottom with whip cream. He replied and said yes they put some on the bottom but that?s more thanusual, got the person who made the drink, and she comes to the window and says, ?sorry, it was a new whip canister and it cameout really fast and was super runny, sorry.? AND THEY BOTH WALKED AWAY. So, you knew it was ridiculous, served it anyway. Gotcalled out, did nothing. I did not pay over $5 for a drink that?s half whip cream and caramel sauce, how absurd. The line was ofcourse slow per usual at and clearly they had no interest in fixing. Get it together! Read more
