Most of the time, the powder mix is still on the bottom of my cup after I finish my drink.
Ordered two drinks at this location, the frozen was crafted correctly, the hot drink was incorrect. When we bought it to the... barista's attention, she gave push back stating it had to be crafted that way to stay hot. We specifically requested no foam and60% was foam. It took 15 minutes to get another person to remake the drink because she walked away when we asked to have itremade. The fun going cashier and second helpful and caring barista, saved this location from getting a formal complaint. Read more

The coffee is amazing. So creamy and buttery like my cats butt. And they were so kind to give me a thiccc bannana loaf. Uggghhh... it was so good. There were so nuts on it.???? Very good. But my only complaint is I waited 25 minutes. But the coffee is good soyeah. Plus the building looks very modern it had a very nice sleek design. I stopped into this location for a business meeting this morning and I have to say this location is so clean! All the employees... are smiling ear to ear! I have never really spent too much time in Starbucks... I'm more of a coffee drinker at home so I don'treally know much about ordering there, lol. Allie was incredibly down to earth. Service was great but could not make the internet work at all, needed it for a meeting and the poor girl behind the counter... tried so hard to help but said they couldn?t get anyone to really fix it. Staff was great. Owner/management not so much forthat. Read more
Slow service and impolite staff. I've been there more than once to try and give it another chance, but now I drive the extra... length to go to a different one and avoid this place. Even in working there at this location 3 years ago, the staff weren'twelcoming at all. I'd hoped that hearing about new management would improve this location's quality, but in going back recentlyto see, the service was still slower than any other Starbucks I've been to, and the employees' attitudes weren't very welcoming.
