A year later. No improvement. 20-25 min for drinks. Today even then I had to go back and have it remade. Still not right and... gave up and left with a bad tasting coffee. Very slow today. This Starbucks is consistently the worst in the area. I constantly have to wait multiple minutes to get my order taken or even... for someone to acknowledge me even if there are only a few people in the store. All I ever order is a black coffee. I?vereceived room temp coffee multiple times and I always seem to have to wait an exceeding long amount of time for them to get asimple black coffee. Even when I order ahead it?s never ready. I?m pretty sure this Starbucks just want to make sure you late. Read more
Sadly, I moved and this is now my "local" SB. Being a major SB drinker (at least 1 a day), and always buying the same drinks... every day (and rarely switching it up), I can honestly say how disappointed I am with this SB. The recipes are neverconsistent-one day my frappe is watery, the next its too thick, the next its okay, and then it's perfect. The lines aretypically long/slow -much slower than the other locations (outside of Grand Prarie... cause yeah). Read more
The line can go out to the street sometimes so make your life easy and order ahead on the app. Friendly staff.
I stopped here while waiting for traffic to die down, staff was very pleasant. Zoey, Abby, Ben, Sophia, and Nicky were all... fantastic making sure that I was well taken care of. I'm sad that this location isn't near me because they were great. Read more
I used to work here for a short period of time and they don?t follow the safety rules at all. The workers don?t care about... customers. They care about personal gain - example: let?s sell all the things to customers and be pushy so we can win a pizzaparty. I will never go back to this location and I would appreciate if others didn?t as well. Starbucks is great but there aremore places, even locations, to go to. When a place causes a new worker to clean foreign products without warning... they canget hurt. I got a chemical burn that turned into a staph infection and they were not helpful nor did the company pay for thework related injury doctor visits and cost. 0/10. Read more

I want to find the positive in every situation but with this Starbuck's it's increasingly difficult. Black Friday was the icing... on the cake. Store hours posted on the door said 5:30 am. My husband and I pulled in at 5:42 and employees were present and knewwe were standing outside. They did not make any attempt to open the doors or give us any indication how long it may be. Afterwaiting 10 minutes with no acknowledgement or door opening, we left. This store consistently has spotty hours and get your ordercorrect half of the time. I tell my friends to avoid this store and take business elsewhere. Plenty of coffee shops in townthat want our business. Read more
