My burger was gray , like it's not supposed to be that color. So, I took it back in and said that this is not what color a... burger is supposed to be. Dude on the grill said, that I should have asked for it well done. Seriously, that's implied andthere's not an option for that. Took forever , so I left without my meal. Burgers are supposed to have a thin layer of brown anddark brown to dark gray inside. Not light gray. Do better or put someone that knows what their doing and not in a hurry to getdone that it's not cooked properly. Read more
Place is filthy. Some of the staff is so rude. Waited 35 minutes for food. Only got half if it. Waited another 15 for the rest.... The food was cold and tasted terrible. The blonde manager was awful should not even have a job. Read more
Food is okay, prices are okay. You order from a kiosk, instead of a person - a trend I see in other fast-food establishments and... that I really dislike. The place was clean, so that's nice, and they do have good hours, but this particular location is in asemi-seedy part of town, and the parking lot was not clean or well-maintained. Read more
Horrible. The place was filthy. Floors were, sliding around on your shoes, greasy. No condiments, or straws were stocked.... Employees were scarce and not helpful whatsoever to an elderly man having difficulty with their new ordering process. I did itrealize I order some oddball sandwich so when I was explaining my error to the cook, explains how this is something I won?t eat.And he just stared at me straight faced and said ?this is what you ordered ? Fantastic place to eat! Until a few years ago. Every time I've gone since 2018, the dishes aren't cleaned properly, the food... takes forever and is somehow worse in quality despite the time increase. I miss the good Steak n Shake. Read more
The staff was great. The manager was very friendly and nice. Food came hot and fast. The cheese for the fries was almost too... hot, I had to let it cool. The garlic burger was incredibly greasy, but absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend. Read more
DO NOT COME TO THIS STEAK AND SHAKE!! The service was HORRIBLE! It took us over 45 minutes to get our food. We asked to be... refunded so we wouldn?t miss our flight, the manager said ?Well you?ll just have to miss your flight then.? When we finally gotour food it was all cold. The floors were extremely sticky and gross, other customers were telling us they had waited over anhour for their food. One of the worst experiences in food service I?ve ever had. Read more
