I asked for a cheesy bean and rice burrito and was given a beef burrito. I haven't eaten meat in over a decade, and eating meat... has a severe impact on my health and wellness. In my past, I've worked the drive-thru at several locations (which consistentlysaw high-traffic and while also juggling other jobs and classes), so I completely understand how mistakes like this can be madeif you're doing your job carelessly. For future reference, asking a simple clarifying question like "did you say bean or beef"when a customer is ordering vegetarian items from your menu will ensure that you are fulfilling the order correctly and doingyour job properly for the customers and company you work for. It's much better to get the correct order from a rude employeethan thank an employee who smiles at them only to find out that they did not receive what they ordered. Drive-thrus exist forconvenience, and when people have to work harder than the employee to place their order or pull over in the parking lot to makesure they received what they ordered, and then go back in and wait for it to be remade when they haven't.... well, it just seemspretty useless. Probably one of the better locations in the area, haven't had a bad experience yet. I am not sure what it is, but the quality of... the food here is just a little better than some other locations. Maybe it is just that they pay attention and do a better job atmaking everything than some other locations. Read more
Always take out. Order online and pick up in store. So easy and they have gotten so good at getting orders right.

This TB was great when it first opened but it has gone down hill drastically. Nearly every time I go there (about 2-3 times a... month) they screw up my order. We just ordered a crunch wrap supreme with no tomatoes. It came with no tomatoes. It also camewith no meat. They literally gave us a wrap with cheese and lettuce and absolutely no meat. That's the last time I'm going tothis taco bell. They can't follow simple instructions. Also, they conveniently took my receipt when I returned the item for arefund so I actually cannot leave a review on the corporate website. They're literally trying to keep people from reportingtheir poor quality to corporate. Read more
