Right from the get go atmosphere was a 10/10. We got the jalapeño whiskey cocktail, again 10/10. For our appetizer we got the... HUGE pretzel charcuterie board.. you guessed it, 10/10. Complementary bread with the sweet but flavorful garlic butter, 10/10.For our entrees we had the pesto a la pasta with shrimp and the penne la vodka, 10/10!!!! Portions were perfect size and theflavor, chefs kiss. We had sides of asparagus and risotto, 10/10!! We topped her off with the tiramisu, 9/10. Went with some friends expecting a pretty upscale experience for the price point. Food was alright, service was a bit slow, the... place was nice enough, the wine was vastly overpriced, portions were small and overpriced. Can't say I'll be going back but itwas pretty good food. I will say we tried to set a reservation for 6:30, told 7:45 at the earliest and arrived to find a mostlyempty restaurant. Not sure what happened there? Read more
We just visited this restaurant today and I have to say that I am blown away! Even though we were there for lunch with a smaller... menu, everything we had was spectacular! The wild mushroom soup was outstanding! We had an Aperol spritz and a lemon Basilmartini, both excellent. The Chicken Parmesan sandwich was delicious and came with truffle fries. I am looking forward to goingback for dinner after discussing the menu with the owner. This could very well become our go-to restaurant. Read more
Our first experience and will definitely not be our last. Our server (mel) Mo was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and... very attentive. Suggestions on entrées and they were spot on! Made a reservation online for 6:30pm. Reservation got confirmed and then shortly after received a phone call requesting we love... the time back to 8:00pm. That worked for us so no big deal. Got there at 7:55pm and were told they had no tables and it would beanother 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes later we checked back in and there were still no tables apparently. They said they'd text uswhen a table opened and we never received a text. They closed at 9pm and finally got us a table at 9:05pm. The waiterimmediately rushed over and asked us what we wanted to order before we had even had time to glance at the menu. They did get usa bottle of wine on the house. My wife and I don't really like wine but it was the gesture that counted. The waiter also didn'texplain that they had a special Valentine's menu. There were no prices listed so my wife and I assumed it would be outrageouslyexpensive and both ordered meals that sounded a little cheaper. Turns out all the meals were the same price and an appetizer anddessert were included that we also didn't order. My wife ordered the chicken and it was phenomenal. The atmosphere was exquisite! The food had an aroma that had me gravitating towards it. For a moment I felt like I was in Venice... eating at a generations owned restaurant. Overall nice restaurant but not worth the price. The food was really good but the portions were rather small. Salmon was cooked... perfectly. It’s a nice small restaurant and you can tell they make each order just for you, made in house, but know it willtake time. The music was rather loud and even had some man talking which was rather distracting while trying to hold aconversation. Later the music was completely off and you could hear everyone’s conversation.
