The later night service is starting to decline as of lately. The customers are having to stand at the register and wait too long... to be acknowledged. I understand how busy this establishment becomes at times. It is unfortunate to walk in and it's more of adown time for the moment and wait 5 to 10 minutes just to be acknowledged that you are standing there waiting for an order. Itseems there are some new faces, so inexperience is of consideration. It still doesn't justify not being greeted when you come inwith one other customer inside. Although the wings are good and consistent, this place never seems to be open during their posted hours. The app won't let you... order online after 10pm and when you try to call you get a voicemail about them being closed due to a snowstorm. I don't know ifI've ever seen a snowstorm in October in Peoria. If your posted hours say open til midnight, then maybe try to be open untilmidnight or update your hours. Read more
I wanted to put in a order and give them enough time to finish it before I got there. However sorta hard ti put a order in wheh... you are placed on hold for over 10mins. I hung up after it hit 11. I don't mind being on hold but hold is a hold not you belongforgotten. Read more
i miss the old atmosphere with the other decor, maybe because im into airplanes ?? & traveling, the sandwich was decent ????????... i got my lemon pepper on the side & ate it the next day with that & ranch ???????? Read more
Pretty good wings, fairly quick service. I've never gotten a wrong order and the food is always fresh. Personally, I wish they... had a bigger location with more seating as it can be crowded easily, but that isn't a deal breaker. The worst experience I everhad was their soda machine being down, but outside of that nothing comes to mind. I'd suggest this to anyone willing to spend$10-15 for a good quick bite. Read more
I?m not a huge fan of wings but my coworkers are. We ordered from here for lunch one day this week. Seemed to be a hit. I got... the boneless lemon pepper wings. They were cooked well but had a little too much breading & tasted like a mouthful of lemon. Read more
*Sauced appropriately* Did a quick check and things looked good. Got back to hotel and realized they didnt put the right sauce... on one batch they were not cooked all the way and they put all drums in that I did not ask for. Partially my fault for not beingthorough on checking and trusting employees of a company that I prefer for wings. Whoops. Positives** the wings were saucedgood and I got a ranch. Read more
