Store hours says its open till 11. We drove through the drive through, the automated voice played and we waited for about 10... minutes for someone to answer. Other people came and left, there's still a line when we left. All we wanted was some frappes,but no one was at the first register or in the front of the store except for a gentleman and his kid in the front area. Who has heard of a McDonald's closed at 8:30 PM Their site says they are open till 11 PM. Not this one! This is my second trip... there in the evening for dinner and they were closed. There won't be a third! Read more
Every time I come here my order is messed up. Make sure you check your order before you leave. I also hate how they tell me... ?we?re not doing the? double fish filet meal anymore, but then Ill come back another day and they have. Probably need to trainyour staff better to find the correct button to press. Read more
What happened to make it fresh quarter pounder with cheese? Bun was hard and it was out in a flash along with the cold... fries. Money is very tight now and I thought I would treat myself for the month. Very disappointed. Can?t afford to throw moneyaway on terrible food. Could have bought 3 days of food in grocery store. Watched 4 cars get served in the right drive through lane and never got to place my other from the left. Someone must have been... sleeping or just didn't care. Second bad experience in a row at this location. You can do much better. Read more
I'd like to give 3 1/2 stars. The reason I gave 4 instead of 3 is the hash browns were really good today. Service at this... McDonald's is hit or miss. I went to this McDonald's twice today. The first I was in a bit of a hurry. When I called to see whyit was taking so long, they said that they had messed up the order and were remaking it. The second time I went they didn't seemto take as long. Maybe because I wasn't in a hurry. Also sometimes they get the order wrong and give it out without catching it. Read more
Beautifully well kept and extremely clean with nice modern decor. Very friendly staff and management on duty who are very... personable and willing to help! Their drive thru is complete garbage. It took three trips through drive thru to get my order right, and even then the quarter... pounder was literally swimming in ketchup and mustard to the point that the bottom bun in the box was saturated. Read more
