I have been going there a little more frequently after a career change put me closer a few months ago. The staff there are... always friendly and speedy. They seem to do a good job during the lunch rush balancing in store customers and online pick ups. Iam really glad to visit when I go because of the great culture the staff creates. The bad reviews from this store are probablyjust people who had one bad experience and wanted to vent versus regular customers. Way to go Peosta team ! Read more
The store is clean. That's why it gets 2 stars. I do not like however that the entire 10 minutes I was there I was not greeted.... I was next in line after someone who was physically there but as soon as an online pick up order comes through they came first..I was hoping to have a quick meal before work. I walked out. I had a bad experience, i ordered from there today, i did a pick up. They gave me the wrong sub, even though the receipt had my... name and my order on it, but the sub was wrong size and actual wrong ingredients. Having been a supporter to fhkd franchise foryears and having this experience does not make me feel better about my next service. Read more
