Ordered a sandwich from the app that included sliced mozzarella and the smashed avocado - both items that are upcharges. Picked... up the sandwiches and when we got home, no avocado on the sandwich and shredded mozzarella instead of sliced. No notificationonline or at pick up that these items were out, (if they even were) but yet we were charged for them and the sandwich was builtaround those things so I would have ordered differently. No one answers the phone, no way to to try and find a solution otherthan to reach out to corporate. Awful customer service. Read more
It's disappointing when you pre-order on the app to to arrive past you pick time to.find food is just being started.(45min heads... up). Not only not ready, but didn't have ingredients to make 2 of the sandwiches. Wouldn't have been bad of wasn't for the prepof the salad. I get you hand mix it, but not with the same gloves you're touching surfacing of counters and fridge doors with. Iwant to believe this place will be good the next time, but can't bring myself to go back. Read more
Holy prices! Bought a meatball foot long with pepper jack and a foot long tuna with a bunch of veggies. $19.09!!! I'll spend the... extra couple of bucks and go to Manteno and get Jimmy Johns. Remember a few years ago when it was $5 foot long (I'll even take$6 foot long!) Read more
Glad to see new owners and new faces, not to mention very excited they are open again. Everyone I met today was extremely polite... and wanted to make sure my experience was top notch. Well for some reason this subway won't take gift cards and when you have a coupon the girl said they put less meat when using... coupon. She seemed like it was a chore to make the sandwich. Went there twice and experienced the same. Won't be going to thatsubway any longer. Read more
