None of the drink or coffee machines work (just not filled/brewed). Ten people in line for a shower when they're all... open... Parking lot is nasty but that's par for truck stops. Read more
Finally I can say something good about a Pilot! The night shift Wed June 29. (8:20pm) girl working register with dark short hair... had the best attitude and customer service I have Ever experienced at any pilot I've been to. Wish I had gotten her name. Shedeserves a raise! This pilot doesn?t seem to have been here very long for it to be the way it is?.. water pressure sucks?. Showers don?t look like... they cleaned very well and even in the store things are dirty and coffee beans just laying around?. Glad I walked next door andate at the Sapp brothers?. Food was great and they have more of a selection of what u would call a truck stop?. Read more
Not too many parking spots, but other truck stops around for parking, bean to cup coffee, the food didn't look that great today,... it's usually pretty clean in there. Read more
