I am annoyed because the dining room doors were locked and no sign to indicate that it was not in service. Workers could be... seen inside, and multiple customers attempted to open the door and no Visible effort made at communication to the customer.Drive-through was in service. I was meeting somebody at this location and it would have been nice to use the restroom and ordermy food. Eventually the door became unlocked and I was able to achieve that goal. Usual adequate service. Adequately clean.Just got fries which were good and hot, No masks in sight. Not crowded. The whole world is understaffed and here remains noexception. Read more
I really like Wendy's. Unfortunately this has become just another Wendy's location I've walked up to, to see the lobby is closed... due to understaffing. This location sits right on top of multiple truck & travel stops, too. Bummer, man! Read more
They always have the menu minimized hours before closing. I've never made it here in time to get a frosty. They shut down what... they want to, so that they can stop serving before the time the store is set to close, so they can walk out the door as soon asthe clock strikes closing. It's pure laziness and disrespectful to the hard working and paying customers that do stay and finishtheir shifts. I'm done with this store and I believe most truck drivers are also. They are also never open on the hours theyadvertise. If you are planning on eating at dark or after, I suggest you find about any other restaurant. There's a pretty niceplace next door that cooks real good food for on the road. I would call management, but I really don't think that things aregoing to change here from what the other drivers are saying in the last year. I think I finally get the message. I can check the food for order accuracy only to find- - uh - - I'm at Wendy's. The orders are right when you get them, to me... this is super important. And they nailed it again. No I don't, nor do any friends or family work there, they've simply earnedit in service a n d the food. Always the menu items are varied and mostly affordable in any season, love the food. Read more
They seriously need to get better help. Seems like they are more interested in visiting among themselves than getting orders... correct. Coke was out on 1 soda dispenser, no ice in both dispensers. Gotta ask for ice. The guys were not practicing safe foodhandling, kitchen floor nasty. Want this to be a profitable store....do lots more training and adhere to the corporate rules. Read more
The absolute worst Wendy's ever. Been coming to town for years and at 9am they never allow you to come inside only drive thru .... Well how am I going to do that with a 18 wheeler. If you don't wanna work shut it down . End of story . Employees always insidesitting down while you look at them thru the glass . Read more
The hot and spicy chicken sandwich is good. Fries aren't over salted and the salads are decent sized.
We love Wendy's. This particular Wendy's got our order correct and had friendly, attentive service. They noticed what our order... was lacking before we said anything. The food was delicious. In fact, Wendy's is what made us salad people. I have always eatensome salad, but never enjoyed a big salad for a meal before Wendy's. The Apple Pecan with potato and some chili on the side isyummy stuff! I did think that the chili was sweet. Perhaps they've changed the recipe some?? Read more
