I am a regular customer, weekly customer. Today, ordered food for delivery- delivery estimate was 1 hour- it?s now been 2 hours... and it has not arrived although they said it left heir shop 40 minutes ago. I have asked for a refund and they refused. I willnot order from Basilicos again Read more
Tonight we placed a pickup order for 2 pizzas, an order of hot wings and a cheesesteak. When my husband came in he added an... order of garlic knots. A few minutes after we left with our order we got a call from a woman informing us they forgot to chargeus for the garlic knots. Being the honest person I am, I turned right around to come in and pay. My husband was not happy aboutit. He informed the person at the counter we did not have cash and would not be able to meet the $10 minimum to charge on thecard. The cashier took our card anyway and charged the garlic knots. No one apologized or thanked us for turning around/drivingback to come back and pay for their mistake. They should have considered that $4 order a write off. It probably cost them morein merchant fees to use our card to pay for the order than it was worth to lose a regular customer. Bad business. Read more
My 3 year old son and I went in last Saturday and got some take out for the first time for the family. The staff was extremely... friendly and even had Halloween candy out for the little ones. I hoped it would be good because I loved the atmosphere and howfriendly everyone was. Spoiler alert it was amazing!!!! I recommend this to anyone and it will be my family?s new place. Ordered delivery from this place for the first time. Found them on DashPass (free delivery/reduced service fee.) Had a craving... for meat sauce so I ordered the Bolognese, which came with a salad and some garlic knots. Pasta was delicious - looking forwardto the leftovers tomorrow. Garlic knots were a nice touch. Also ordered a dozen wings. They were large and tender. Came withbleu cheese dressing. Would probably order from there again soon. Read more
I LOVE ?? this place. When I'm missing my home, Italy, this is where I get my pizza. Basilico's has raised the bar in Upper... Bucks County that could put others (deservedly) out of business. My only criticism is the Caesar salad. Very, verydisappointing. I've had better store-bought dressing. It's little more than a bunch of romaine, croutons, and a horrid, bulkrestaurant supply dressing. Just dreadful. There are other salads offered that are excellent. Just skip the Caeasar. Read more
