Dunkin? is my favorite place to get my coffee, I have stop at this particular location 4 times and I can said they have poor... customer service and my coffee has been disgusting (watered down, no flavor) I?m lactose intolerant and every time I asked foralmond milk, they put whole milk and cream in my coffee. The staff here is incredibly rude. I came in through the drive through to order my usual drink. They told me they were out of... the drink I wanted so I politely asked for a different drink to which the they lady continuously cut me off, was aggressive withme, and acted as if I was a burden when there was no one else in the line. As I came to the second window to pay the lady whotook my card was polite, but another worker (who I assume was speaking on the drive through) looked over and gave me a verydirty look. This place is really aggravating. I get here at 630 knowing they close at 7 and I get up to the speaker to order and they say... they are closed. I said don?t you close at 7? They said yes but sorry we are closing early tonight. This is unacceptable whenbusiness hours are posted that say 7. Keep in mind this has happened to me multiple times. I don?t know why the manager putsup with this but it is very annoying when I?m driving 5 miles or more to go to Dunkin and this happens. I?m going to stop goingto this location as everything is inconsistent including the coffee. Update: THEy also charge $.75 for whipped cream so whenyou get a free coffee award from the app it isn't free anymore because they make you pay for the whipped cream. This place hasthe worst hours. I come to this Dunkin almost every day. They are friendly and their food and drinks are consistently good. The line moves pretty... quickly even when it?s really long. I rarely have issues with an order not being correct. It?s the best Dunkin around! Read more
Edit: Dec. 2 2021 I decided to give this Dunkin another try and it was definitely a lot better than when I had previously been... there 9 months ago (old review at the bottom). I ordered the same drink as from my old review (and a few more), and they alltasted really good and fresh! The bagel and donuts I got tasted fresh as well which was nice. The employee who took my order &was at the window was also really friendly. A very big (and good) difference from 9 months ago! Old review from 9 months ago: Iused to not have any problem going here but on Wednesday i ordered an Iced Mocha Latte. While drinking it on my way home inoticed something tasted really really off. An hour after being home i started getting sick. I?m pretty sure at least one thingin it was expired based on how it tasted. I went to give them another try today and mentioned to my friend i was gettingDunkin?. He told me to avoid this location since his coworker had come here yesterday and ordered a Frozen Chocolate drink andhad gotten violently sick after drinking it, his coworker said something in it was expired.
