Subway is usually pretty consistent, even if it's a chain. Been to this one before, and it's always been fine. I'm giving this... rating based on going there this week. On the plus side, the sandwich I got was great. The person at the counter was verypleasant and helpful as well. On the negative side, they didn't have what I wanted so I needed to order something else. I getit, supply chain blah blah, but the company has been pushing this "new menu" quite a bit - maybe try stocking theingredients.... Anyways, I can live with that; what I got was *really* good - try something new, right? But the kicker was thewhole place smelled horrible. Like sewage. Is there a plumbing or HVAC problem, or was the bathroom hit a bit too heavy andgetting cleaned? 12.80 for a foot long. Is it me or business owner are trying to make up for the money they lost during the pandemic. Having been a Subway employee for 3 years some time ago, my expectations for the Subway experience are often not very high. This... subway is different. The man running the show goes HARD for his customers and is always 3 steps ahead of everyone. I have beento this location a few times now and have been blown away by the customer service every single time. Keep up the great work,man! Read more

Of every Subway location I've been to, this one is my favorite. All the employees are incredibly nice and friendly. During a... visit today, during a lull in customers, the man who I assume is the manager, pulled out a guitar and started playing andpractically had a sing along with the other employees. Completely different from any other fast food place I've been to. 10/10would recommend. Read more
Order on-line. Walked all the way to the shopping center. Saw that Subway had ZERO customers in it. Went to Rite Aid first,... picked up a script, went shopping, and then had to wait in line while one cashier rang out four huge orders. FINALLY make itSubway. Trying to make a connection with the employee; said it?s a shame everyone is hiring, feel bad just you here. Orderedover thirty minutes ago and you just now got a chance to start making it. The employee said oh there is other employees, theyare in the back sitting down. And if customers would have more ducking patience, people would stop quitting. I walked out. Tried to cancel the order on-line and they said we have to call the store. Call the store and the employee screamed at mygirlfriend and said only management can refund orders cause he doesn?t trust us to not steal from the registers. Then huge up. Read more
