This has been my favorite local place for food and brews for a long time. Still is. Best burgers around. Perk Pierogies is... one of my all-time favorite appetizers. Missing my local family restaurant back home, so thought I?d share a review. This small business does it right! Excellent... service, good atmosphere, local pride, and fantastic food. My mom and I would go when it was less busy (lunchtime), and grabfood often during WFH times during the pandemic. Only issue we ever had was parking, and that?s down to its location, but hey,it?s well worth the walk? THANKS ?THE PERK?, I will make sure to stop by whenever in PA again. :) Read more
Traveling with my daughter for softball, we stopped here as a suggestion from a relative in the area. Did not disappoint! Our... server, Ryan, was excellent. Gave us some guidance as newbies and they even comped a slice of cheesecake being our first time to the restaurant. Food was great. Ordered the Carousel burger. Perfectly cooked. Where to begin... I've spent A LOT of time at The Perk over the years. Many lunches and many late nights. Food is good,... especially for the price - chipotle chicken wrap and the hot brown are easily my two favorites. Beer is cold and they have anice rotating selection. Staff has always been great. Jukebox is fun at night and there's just something about being here in theafter hours. Wish they'd bring back the late night food menu, that was always so clutch.
