The mobile app was giving me issues tonight. Then I did not get my tea and extra fries.
Waited 25 minutes for them to bring me my online order even had to go inside and ask about it. When they brought the food out it... was burnt. I had four hamburgers double meat hamburgers with burnt meat on it I am so upset I did not return to the storebecause I was so irritated because I don't live close to them. This McDonald's is hands down the best I have ever went to! The people are friendly, the food is great, and the service is fast!... The biscuits and gravy are amazing! They always get my order correct and I don't have to repeat myself twice and can you believeit they all speak English there!! Love this place! Read more
I absolutely hate this place. 8 out of 10 times the order is wrong. 9 out of 10 times you have to park in a number spot & wait... on food that is cold. Half of the time who takes your order doesn't pay attention to you. Just today, in the drive through,after being asked am I using the mobile app (which is annoying to be asked that everytime), I answered no. Then complete silencefor 5 minutes. Finally I pull around to the 1st window to place my order in person. While I'm still trying to talk to her &place my order, she starts taking another customer order. So I got very mad and took my card back and canceled my businessthere. I'm tired of the level of idiotic business practices & professionalism from that place. My kids like McDonald's food, butI hate going that location. I'm done. No more. Read more
