At this Alberto's, when I received my food it looked more appetizing than the picture on the menu.

California burritos were good before because of the good cooks they had back then, now the fries are doubled fried or been fried... before the order is made hard fries, it's the cook they have late night . Read more

Ate here more than twice a week for a year while I worked down the street. Worth the price if you're eating alone too

Waited 20 minutes for two burritos and huevos rancheros. Watched as multiple door dash orders were picked up. The chef had to... ask the cashier to explain what goes on huevos rancheros. Ended up with scrambled eggs mixed with fajita veggies? And warmlettuce. Hot inside the eating area and the overhead lights were stobe ing. Would not suggest you actually eat here Read more

Every time I'd come into town, this Alberto's would be my go to spot, I grew up with Alberto's and Lolita's down in San Diego.. ... This time, I ordered a California burrito and some rolled tacos with guacamole. The burrito tasted nothing like I was usedto having, the meat was over seasoned, was more like shredded beef with some boiled meat (NOT CARNE ASADA)... Too much cheeseand NO Pico/sour creme like the OG California burrito should have. The rolled tacos were soggy, only a little crispy on theends, the melted cheese was too overbearing and the runny guacamole was too bland.. This used to be my go to spot when I'd bein town, I don't think I'll be back. The cashier was friendly, place looked clean. Read more
