Not sure anyone at this location reads these reviews or not, I?m guessing not based on the type of service this location... provides. Waited about 5 mins at the speaker to place my order. Every time I?ve been here I ask for my fries extra crispy orwell done, 1 out of 5 times I get them the way I ask. Tonight I asked and they were not only not extra crispy, but, they onlyfilled the nacho fries half way lol. Usually they?ll ask you to back up to the yellow pole in order to make it look like theyare providing fast service to management (unless management is asking them to do it). If expectations are expected on acorporate level, train your staff to make it happen. Don?t train them on how to cheat the system. If this location wasn?t closeand convenient I wouldn?t give them my business. This place needs better management and proper training. Read more

The food could have been put together better and the hard tacos we got barely had any meat and was waaayy more shell than... fillings. The staff is always friendly and get the orders out fast, but they could be neater. Not bad but also not great. Read more
Just picked up 2 breakfast items Double egg and cheeseTaco and Steak and egg burrito. Both Tortillas were dry and cracking The... Steak meat was dry and over cooked. The double egg and cheese, had very little egg and very very little cheese. Whoever wasbuilding the items, just through them together like they didn't care how there food looked. I really don?t know why I come to this location anymore!?! This is the Del Taco that I ordered. The food from this location is... always disappointing! But sadly it?s convenient when leaving the grocery store. I live in Nuevo so it?s not worth my gas todrive back and try to have my order fix? but come on guys, you surly do not deserve $15 an hour. If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 35 minutes for my order, only excuses and blaming someone else. No apology just excuses.... Finally got my money back, we won't be back and would suggest you find another place to eat. Read more
