Terrible service and place even if it is new, the pizzas are all uncooked and the crust is always saggy, please hire better... employees!!! Over an hour wait for an online order. Went to pick up at drive through and was told they would bring out. Waited and eventually... went inside and was told they had to start second pizza. Order was supposed to be ready by 3:42 and wasn't until 5:20. They needto get rid of the hot and ready moniker and go with hurry and wait. Read more

Did a mobile order, app said it wasn't busy. Got there at time the pizza was supposed to be ready. Long drive thru line so... decided to get off. It was Friday night and busy. Cashier was very friendly and trying to be efficient as possible. He wascalling out mobile orders. Lots of peoples orders weren't ready yet, but he kept us updated on our wait time. I wish the mobileorders reflected actual wait times so people won't be so impatient with the staff. Food was warm and as expected. Read more

This place is a joke... from the sign that says order online to make it faster to the people working there. The quality of the... pizza is lacking everything... it is the extra most worst pizza. I had to get a refund over the quality and two other people didthe same. Never again!!!!!! Read more

Don't waste your time. Pizza places don't have a drive thru for a reason, it doesn't work. Going inside doesn't help, they need... training on all aspects of the job. Don't order online, when the app says your food is done, the store will say it'll be another20 minutes (meaning you'll be waiting an hour) tried this place 3 times and I'll never go back. Read more

Staff doesn?t know how to communicate at all. Went through the drive thru and told me to park in front. Went in to check if it... was done and told me I had to wait 5-10 minutes, waited for an hour more and they then realized they haven?t started making myorder.
