Update: Spoke to the manager on September 24 2022. After ordering the Detroit Style Pizza I called to say I made a mistake about... how the pizza was made and she was completely understanding. She fixed my mistake and made me feel like I mattered. I would tothank her for being great and add 2 stars to my review. Not often do find people who care and treat the customer like how shetreated me. Thank you!! The 3 stars is a poor score on management not the Pizza. The food gets 5 stars but how managers treatthe customers gets 1 star. How the employees act towards the customers gets 2 stars, giving them 3 total stars. Every time I place an order I feel like I need to call the store before my order goes out for delivery to ensure I get a cold... soda and not a room temperature one like today. 2 times this has happened to me, first time I let it go but was waiting for my order for over 15 minutes when it should have... been done upon my arrival according to the Pizza Hut app. Today I order again and even call and I am told that by 7:45 my orderwill be ready to pick up, just like the app has told me. It is almost 8 pm and I am still waiting on my order. This service isno good. Update: they just told me to wait another 20 minutes. They won?t let me speak to the manager or give me the name. Mypizza should have been ready at 7:45 now they?re making me wait until 8:20. Read more
