If there?s anything wrong with this restaurant is their customer service. Out of all fast food restaurants in Perris, the... employees here really show their lack of fast pace. They also don?t look too happy to be working here. I really wish this placewould improve. There?s has also been a time where I was missing an extra biscuit at some point and blackened ranch. I don?t knowif these employees just don?t care, but I wish they cared for the customer?s sake of enjoying their food at bare minimum. Read more
My order was wrong.... Completely wrong. I ordered spicy and it wasn't...I ordered fries and they gave me mashed. Asked for bbq... and they didn't give me any sauce. Lazy kids run this place. Go somewhere else to eat. Read more

They messed up on my order, it was Drive-through only, the drive- through line was long so I did not go back through. Ordered an extra Mac and cheese and it wasn't even half way full. They also forgot to give me any of biscuits that came with the... family meal I ordered. There wasn't anyone in the store or through the drive thru. So I have no idea why wouldn't they take thetime to make sure the orders are correct.. won't be going there again! Read more
Two stars just for the good customer service. The young lady was efficient, friendly, and fast. But the food was nasty and... expensive. I used to love Popeyes but the chicken batter was soggy and rancid, my coleslaw was half full, and the biscuit wassmall and cold. And I paid almost 12 bucks for fast food. Good bye Popeyes.
