This was my second visit to this restaurant. The first visit was not good when I ordered a cheddar and toast beef but only had... a small amount of cheese on one side. Today.I ordered a Rueben. It to only had ingredients on one side of the sandwich. Itwould suggest the person making the sandwich?s is unhappy and trying to ruin the business. They need to find a job that theyenjoy. One day I went through drive through and I heard one of the cooks coughing in the back. Of course when people hear coughs it... makes you more worried about if the person had protection on to not spread germs on your food. I think I have every right tohave a face if I did have a face in the car which means I cared about myself to give her reaction. The girl at the window startslaughing and goes and tells the cook that I made a face when she coughed. The cook came back around came to the window anddecided to cough over everything. My husband was so kind to go to Arby?s to get me a Market chicken salad sandwich as surprise?.. we?ll, it was us who received... the surprise. First, order was placed in a very small, thin bag (3 sandwiches & two orders of fries. That bag burst on the wayto the car. We lost the fries. When he got home with the sandwiches, all that was in the bag was greasy fried chicken sandwichesthat tasted like they were fried in very old oil. No market sandwich, bag burst, drink was very watered down. Evidently thefountain needed new bottles. WE WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS ARBYS EVER!!! I took one bite of what I got, fried greasy sandwiches?and will not, cannot eat because of the grease. Not to mention that there was a customer complaining how dirty the dining roomwas. Well I thought this Arby's was good asked for tarter sauce to be put on side Wrong they didn't even give me any at all made sure... I got napkins but no sauce disappointed that made my mind up especially when you the girl in the drive though told the person toput it on the side and they just laughed in the background. The short rib sandwich looked just like the picture and was shockingly delicious. I honestly couldn't believe it was fast food.... The curly fries were crispy and fresh. Will be back! Read more
