I hate to leave bad reviews but we?ve had so many bad experiences at this location, that I?m realizing they desperately need... this review in hopes of bettering their service. The team members here are unprofessional and impatient when taking your order.They?re just in a rush to push you through and the funny part is they aren?t even busy when this happens. Then they constantlyforget to add your food. You HAVE to check the bag to make sure everything is there at this location because you can?t count onthem like the hwy 96 location in Bonaire. They gave us two brownies to ?sweeten? the experience but it is not enough. Pleasetrain your staff better. Double check receipts to make sure you?re adding the correct food in the bag for that order. As someonewho worked in the restaurant business I can understand certain things but this location isn?t nearly as busy as the 96 location.There just is no excuse. Read more
Normally I'm a huge Chick-fil-A proponent, but this location seems to have some rough edges to polish. I've made a simple order... multiple times and still received the order prepared incorrectly. I've also received chicken nuggets that tasted like they'dbeen sitting for awhile and were not fresh/hot on two occasions. In not sure if it's a high turnover rate on employees or what,because I understand that restaurants aren't always perfect and accidents happen; we are all human after all. Regardless, I'vehad four less than five star visits in a row. I will say that their customer service is top notch, as are all Chick-fil-Arestaurants in my opinion. A little more attention to detail goes a long way. Keep it up and strive for the best that you cando! Read more

It's started pouring down rain while I was under the window canopy and the manager saw and reacted by moving cones and blocking... a lane for my dog and I to park the motorcycle and come in out of the rain to eat our dinner. NO PLAYPLACE. This Chick-fil-A does not have a play place like every other free standing CFA restaurant I've been to. Huge... disappointment for us as this was a stop for dinner on a roadtrip and my young kids were ready to play. Would not have stoppedhere if I had known. Many tables were dirty and I saw 2 customers clean their own tables. The employees behind the counter didnot look busy enough to be skipping cleaning the dining room. Also the employees who were wearing gloves behind the counter werewearing the yellow gloves that are supposed to be used when handling raw chicken (instead of just clear gloves). I realize thatnot everyone knows yellow gloves signal raw chicken, but since I did it was very odd and uncomfortable to be served by someonewearing yellow gloves, and trust that they had not just been handling raw chicken. Super slow! 2 were suppose to take orders but their literally taking turns not telling cars to move up to close the gaps so... traffic can flow better, I even asked do i move up, she said your fine. This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I've been to . The traffic wasn't being conducted the smartest way while having two lanes they... let cars stay on just one so the line was longer than it needed to be ,having 2 people to take the orders only one was actuallyworking the other one was just standing. Bun was stale,chicken was cold. After waiting for our food for 15minutes you'd think it would be warm. Was told it would be 5... minutes for new sandwich. After 14 minutes we just walked out. 2nd time this has happened here Read more
