Out of four years of being a loyal customer to Dunkin this location gave me the worst experience ever. The young lady who has... red hair who name is Ashley was very unprofessional. I?m not sure if she was having a bad day, but when you are representingDunkin please represent the right way as what is stated in their policy. I was not rude to her, I ask was it possible for myglazed donut to be warm? ? she had the worst attitude and even added rude body language towards to the employee and I to expressher feelings .? The cashier was very impatient. He kept rushing our party eventhough no one else was in the store. The coffee was great, but the... donut holes had to be from yesterday or the day before. They were hard/stale. Read more
After several visits to this Dunkin I can see why their rating score is already so low after just having their grand opening.... The employee Patience is not so patient. She left me in the middle of placing my order because someone told her her mom was atthe drive through. Mind you I remained pleasant Patient and understanding! Only for her to get back and not know how to ring myorder up and have the nerve to have an attitude. Everytime I visit they are out of an item that I happen to order in which Iunderstand and take the replacement. But then they have the audacity to throw me out the window a bag with a broken up muffin inwhich I politely asked for a replacement and they then gave me a burnt up muffin. At this point they have proven to be the mostunprofessional, unpleasant place of business that I will no longer give my business to. Not to mention the coffees I haveordered that taste as though I was drinking water. The young lady with all the tattoos has been the most pleasant memory whenvisiting this dunkin. Read more
Store in Perry at 10 am. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant. Along with a latte. Customer service at drive thru was... terrible. Got order home and the sandwich was a bacon/egg croissant! They are normally very good at this store. But today I wasnot happy at all! Read more
Worst Dunkin? I have ever been to. The employees were untrained and did not even know about the donuts / coffee they sold. My... son?s hot chocolate was nothing more than hot water with enough powder to turn it brown; when asked to remake it they uses somuch powder that he could not stir it enough to dissolve it. It was a a busy Sunday morning; so I can understand being out ofhalf their doughnuts when we ordered; but they continued to sell through without making more for the 35 minutes we sat and hadcoffee. Five stars for Dunkin finally coming to Perry. Construction continues and no date for opening found yet.
The food is alright, the drinks are good, but the service is really bad. The staff usually completely disregard me and my... boyfriend, talking on their phones or to each other standing around and take 20 minutes to get one drink that was pre-ordered.This is honestly the worst Dunkin I've ever been to, sad to have to go back just for convenient location. /: Read more
