I've been to this location twice and each time crystals were soggy they had been left in the steamer too long. Coming through... the drive-thru at lunch people don't have time to be getting orders fixed. It's much easier to throw that trash out the window.They also gave me the wrong drink. Also I didn't get a fork or spoon to eat my chili cheese fries with. The staff couldn't careless if they are there or not. The manager sent me a link in regards to this post. But it's not like it's gonna put the moneyback in my pocket or fill the empty hole my stomach. And no I don't want the food replace with fresh food. It should have beenright the first time. I understand things happen but two different time I have been here and Krystal's soggy and not just alittle bit. Read more

We don't have Krystal in Indiana. Only White Castle which is similar. I haven't had Krystal for years and it tastes better than... I remembered ????. So glad we stopped. Read more
Went to Krystal in perry, ga and dining room doors were locked @1954hrs. First knocked then banged on door and was told they... close the dining room at 2000hrs. Told the so called manager that's its not 8pm and she shrugged her big shoulders like I don'tcare. Went to the drive thru and got the same response. Sorry people don't need to be working with the public. Avoid thisKrystal as it seems not much business was there. McDonald's is next door with better employees and better food. They should befired at Krystal's Seems like it's an ongoing issue because I'm not the only person complaining about the work ethics at theKrystals in perry, ga. In town with my family. We were hungry and decided to stop at this krystals. The lady working there didn't seem care to be... there. Handed our food which was $27. As soon as we pulled out, we started dividing the food. Just to find out the burgerswere completely cold and smelled spoiled. The Krystal chick's were cold and so were the fries. We will NOT be going back to thisrestaurant again. Do better! Read more
We were on a trip from Florida to Atlanta, in a hurry. The lady at the window simply asked if we were on a trip we said yes. ... She noticed our bag of oranges in the back and said she loved fresh oranges, so I reached back and gave her one. We both loveto thank people with something they love. A thank you that did not cost much but excited her. Food was great but theopportunity to say thank you PRICELESS. Read more
I purchased a bowl of cheese grits at 10:32am today. When I reached home and opened my container of grits the container was not... even half full. It literally contained 2 small spoons of grits. Such a disappointment. It wasn't even enough to feed theperson it was intended for. Read more
