My son went thru your drive thru around 4:10pm today to bring me some supper as I was working and on a time limit for my supper... hour...the drive thru was rude, my son told the guy twice a Big Mac and small fry. Your employee gave me a quarter pounder andsmall fry. I probably ended up paying for a Big Mac. I won't order from McDonald's again. Can not believe how it has gonedown hill on seevice... Read more
*Update* I decided to give them another try. I now do curbside pickup and very rarely is the food old or made incorrectly. I'm... not sure what changed, but they are doing a much better job now! Everytime we go here, something is inevitably messed up.Whether it be the cold and soggy, sandwich(es) are made wrong, employees are rude, etc. Today was kind of the last straw for me.We ordered in the drive through and, as usual, the employee was not friendly. We ordered two McChickens and a LARGE Big Mac Mealwith no ONIONS or PICKLES. The employee was in a rush and immediately told us our total, without giving us a chance to look atthe screen and make sure he put it in right. So we pulled up to the window and paid. Went to the next window and the employeehanded us a medium drink, then shut the window. We were supposed to get a large. So, when he opened the window back up to handus our food, we held the cup up and tried to tell him that we got the wrong size. He shut the window AS WE WERE TALKING TO HIM.It took my husband yelling "We are talking to you," for the kid to finally open the window back up. He handed us a large drinkand told us to keep the medium. We went home. (My mistake, I should have checked the food to make sure it was made right becauseit never is.) We took out our food and the Big Mac had literally just a tiny, dime sized dab of sauce, two pickles, the patties,and cheese. Not only did they mess up the no pickles part, they didn't even put lettuce on it and it had practically no sauce.Surprise, surprise. At this point, I'm just flustered, hungry, angry, and didn't want to go back to the store, so I ate thesandwich. It was the DRIEST, most pitiful burger I have ever eaten. Was super Busy yet still fast i believe they prioritize their dine in over drive, at least it seemed that way. I like that... because since there is almost no one that goes inside anymore it sorta rewards you for going in over going and driving through Read more
Clean place, somewhat friendly staff other than a bigger girl looked like a manager. Brought everyone?s food out to them except... for ours they had put it in a bag and sat it upfront then we explained we wanted it for here since they didn?t ask that whenthey took our order. She huffed. And we just carried our own food back. Once we got done eating ordered an ice cream waitedawhile finally went up to check on it and it was just sitting on the counter once again. I went through the drive thru and was sent to a waiting spot, I sat there for roughly 15 to 20 mins until someone brought out... the food. Staff wise they are fine, not rude it's more they are "just getting through their shift" which is understandable theyare at a McDonald's I remember how rough it was working there.
