Beyond disappointed. The person on the speaker was beyond rude. We accidentally placed the online order for inside pick up... instead of drive-thru like we intended. It was the end of the world for the girl on the speaker, her attitude and tone wasridiculous. My soda was flat and tasted like dirt. So they don't clean their pop machine nozzles. Only giving this 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. I live in Perry and have gone to this Burger King maybe 5 times. Every... single time my order has been wrong. Wrong sandwiches in the bag, gross frie, etc. And every time I've ordered onion rings withzesty sauce and they have never once put it in the bag. Try to give them another chance, but this is the last time. Worst burgerking experience of my life. They weren't even busy at all, and putting a sauce packet in a bag is literally the easiest taskthat they have at hand. Don't go there if you read this, because I can guarantee that you will be thoroughly disappointed. Thisplace is absolute trash. Read more
Mgr on duty wasn't getting her break and was mostly interested in what they made on the last hour. No one was making sure the... fries and cheese logs( apparently no cheese) weren't over cooked. She talking so loud we and others chose to eat in our cars. Read more
Worst experience ever at a Burger King. Whopper had no ketchup and was cold, the fries were cold , the cheese sticks were cold ... and the pop was warm. I pulled back in the drive through and asked a manager for a new pop because mine was warm. She statedthat they know they are cold the machine in back wasn't working properly and I I wanted a cold pop I would have to come into thestore and get my own from the front machine. Got there I guess they dint have enough people working. The person at the drive through was like hold on few minutes we will be... right with you. Waited the few minutes made my decisions pulled to the window paid another few minutes went by got our food. Guyhad to double check the bag before handing it to us. But everything we ordered was in the bag and still hot and not roomtemperature. Read more
Worst experience! I went thru drive-thru around 2:40 pm on 4-29-22. There was a woman taking orders over the speaker, who was... extremely rude. I get to the window and there?s a young man asking for payment. I asked him if I could add an item to my order,and he told me no, that I could only do order?s at the speaker box. I also had coupons, and I tried giving him my coupons and hekept telling me I can?t use coupons at the window, to which I explained I used the codes at the speaker box and was trying togive him the physical coupons for his register. He told me he didn?t understand me and closed the window on me. In the meantime, I can hear the woman who took my order, yelling from behind the closed window, about how she told me I can only use twocoupons, which I did use. Once he opened the window, I told him the employee should check her attitude because I can hear heryelling about me. I then asked for her name, to which he told me he didn?t know. I asked to speak with her, because she did lookto be a manager, and she wouldn?t come to the window. I asked again, he told her I wanted her name, so she told him to lie tome. When he told me her name, I said I literally heard her telling you to lie to me, I need her name. He proceeded to tell methat he wasn?t ?giving up? names and shut the window on me again. The food was awful, fries and chicken was old and cold, thehamburger Pattie?s tasted like they had been sitting for quite some time. Even the pop was watered down as if it had maybe beena previous order. The rude female employee was literally at the window on the side that doesn?t open, but refused to speak withme. For Pete's sake, replace your freaking pop machine! I am sorry but 6 months ago every time I went to BK they tried to give me... flat pop, then when I said it was flat (this was multiple visits same issue) they said "yeah our machine is broken, you can comeinside and use the lobby machine". Okay, well I go back today and see the manager pouring my Coke from a 2 liter bottle, whichtastes fine, but really BK corporate can't give these guys a new pop machine, come on! Read more
