We rented 2 of their boats and had a very NICE DAY??????
I understand things happen sometimes, however, we drove to Missouri from Northern Iowa for the weekend just to be told the boat... we had reserved was not going to be operational on the day we had reserved it. Less than 15 hours before we were slotted to useit. While I appreciate the apology, there was no effort to rectify the situation outside of the apology and an opportunity toreserve the boat another day. In most instances, an apology is enough, however, we had driven 5 hours to make this weekendhappen. Extremely disappointed. Wont be utilizing their services in the future. Read more
Outstanding service and the staff was outstanding as well ???? ???? ???? we just had ice cream and was that yummy ???? the... service was quick and friendly, cool inside and outside plenty of seats where you can feed the cat fish and carp, music waspleasant to the ears. Overall a favorite of mine in the spring and summer. If you like they have pontoon and other water craftsfor rent. Awesome ???? ???? ???? Read more
Rented what they told me was the best tri-toon they had, number 63, for $280 dollars. Did not make it 20 minutes down the lake... and the top falls apart from the zipper and bars collapse onto us. The staff was very rude and uncomplying, blamed us for whathad happened, and told us to read the ?fine print?. When really, before we went out, warned us not to touch the top, which youcannot reach without a ladder anyway. When we get back, they refused to accommodate us when their boat broke off onto our heads.Now they want to turn me into water patrol because I refuse to pay their $45 worth of gas. Terrible management, does not knowhow to handle customers properly. Read more
Very capable young man helped us. We rented a boat, so he went over everything with us, and helped us get everything into and... out of the boat, including me, who definitely needed assistance. We have been here before, and we expect to be coming backsoon. Read more
Black Jack Marina has come a long way in the last few years. The new management has done a fantastic job. Excellent food,... wonderful, respectful service, clean facilities, quality fuel, and a wide variety of products to make up what you forgot to packfor that weekend trip make Blackjack a stop you must make when on Mark Twain Lake! We rented a pontoon boat for the day and had a wonderful experience. The boat was well kept and had a full tank of gas when we... got it. They had a tube you could rent for an extra charge and the kids had an absolute blast. The staff was very friendly andhelpful. Read more
