Honestly this place has some miserable people working at it. I always go in with a good attitude and I?m met with a negative... one. The past 2 days I have went in they were visibly irritated. The guy the first day I went in just stared at me and myfiancé like he was disgusted with us. We had a very simple order. He didn?t give us anything with the kids meal, I had to tellhim it comes with juice& applesauce. That didn?t bother me too much at the time. The next day I went in (today) there was a ladyworking who made us wait a very long time, met us with attitude, and was just a very unpleasant person. There was a deal whereyou get 3 subs for the price of 2. It was posted by checkout and we asked about the deal. She had to go back and make a sub. Nobig deal right? There was one guy patiently waiting behind us and she started impatiently asking the girl working the counter tocheck us out . This girl was also unpleasant . At the counter on the crosbys side she had an attitude because there was a dealon Chex mix. She acted like it was a super complicated task. She had people waiting in her line but the other girl was havingher check us out on the subway side because she so couldn?t take 30 seconds before serving the one guy behind us who was supercalm . I?m always nice to people who make my food but I did not walk out of there feeling good. Everyone I?ve seen there is rudeto me and my fiancé. One girl was trying to tell my friend I shouldn?t bring my baby in if he?s gonna knock things over. (Onetag fell and I picked it up) then tried laughing at me with my friend until she realized we were together. There?s about 2people in that store that have met me with kindness. Some of us get paid less to work harder and these people need to reevaluatetheir attitudes. Read more

Subway is usually a good place to get a quick bite to eat, however, you shouldn't be placing an untrained, new employee that... doesn't have a clue what they are doing on dinner service all by themselves. Okay, she may not have been completely alone, butit sure seemed that way. I was first in line, but had to wait for the trainee to figure out how to make a steak melt. That wassimply ridiculous. Friday Oct 14th 2022 NOON Went in for online order girl pointed to 3 bags on counter One said JOHN I asked if there were 2 in... the bag , there wasn't so I assumed it wasn't my order . She then says very snotty I'm working on it . I said ok noproblem. After she she was finished She pushed it tword me I said thank you ma'am ( sincerely) She looked at me and walked off Isarcastically said ok You're welcome.
