I know some Sonics are not all up to par. This one is Perry is kinda slow mixed up orders slow even if 4 cars in parking lot.... For the most part I still go there now then. Tried the drive thru and they never answered. Thought they were closed but cars were in the stalls. Went to a stall and waited... 15min for one drink and there was only 3 other cars. Last time I came I ordered tator tots and got home with popcorn chicken.Nothing fast about the food and it?s never the right order. Read more
Visited at 4:30pm on Tuesday May 24 and waited for more than 15 minutes after I pressed the red button to order. No one ever... answered so we left. The staff should be up to date on taking orders with available coupons. Other than that, they finally got it figured out and... was very polite and courteous. Don't forget or refuse to tip, no matter what. Read more
I am pleased to amend my previous 1 star review of the Perry Sonic. I don't know if they have hired new management, worked with... the existing managers, or had a lucky streak of new employees. Whatever it is it's working. Been through a few times now andevery time we are greeted in a positive way and the young man at the window is a pleasure to deal with. A simple order that has to be repeated more than 5 times is ridiculous. Apples & oranges are not pronounced / sound even close... to each other. My order was then taken in person, however Even in person without her head set on it still wasn?t any better. In person she was not prepared to listen to my order & no pen & no paper to write my order. However a great actor though! Read more
