Great customer service, My order is always right. My only suggestion is to see to the drive thru line, it's not clear that you... need to pull around if there is a line which causes a lot of confusion and irritation when you have someone who is trying to cutin front of you because they aren't aware. Again, great customer service. I like that they repeat my order back to me ratherthan just telling me to pull around. Read more

This has to be the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. I?m not a picky person but if I am going to spend $7 for a drink it should... at least taste right. I was late for work because I had to ask them to make my drink over twice. It still wasn?t right. So Iwent to the store on Mountain road and the young lady made it exactly like it is supposed to taste. Kudos to Mountain roadstore. Read more
