This franchise is a huge disappointment. They used to be open until midnight, then it changed to 11pm due to staffing issues. ... Today we show up at 10pm and they're closed yet again. Stay away from that dam wagyu burger! Allow me to start of by saying that is the most flavorless burger that I've ever had. No... seasoning at all. It was juicy and pink just like the picture...but what good is the juice if I can't taste it? You had betterread the fine print, it's not 100% wagyu, it's 52% wagyu and 48% regular ground beef. Just dam flavorless. And what's up withputting toppings on the bottom of the burger? Why anyone would strive to copy Hardee's is beyond stoopid. "TOP" is in the word"toppings," do you have a clue what that means? They're not called "bottoms." The photo is how it came out of the envelope.Should be wrapped. Read more
Cold fries... Daniel the cashier got angry and provoked the other patrons... one exited the store and came back with a blade...... I felt threatened but, I kept quiet because I legitimately didn't want to be assaulted... one of Daniel's coworkers took myrequest for fresh fries but, went on break instead of helping... I think that it was possibly related to my race although I'mnot sure... sad... I requested my money back... I feel like I got robbed of my time... Read more
I visited this Arbys yesterday (05/30). I specifically asked for FRESH CRINKLE FRIES. The gentleman said that they had just come... up 30 seconds ago. I also asked for a little cup to put my ketchup in. Not surprised that they were out at the pump. I told thecashier that they were out and he turned around and gave me a handful of packets!! If I wanted packets, I could have easilyasked for those instead! He should have filled the pump!! Anyway, I took my order and left. Once I got on the road and got thefries from the bag, I realized that they probably did come up 30 sec ago, but I could tell that they had been dropped twice!!They were burned and were soggy! They shouldn?t LIE to us about our food. We spend too much money on their food and we have theright to expect that our food will be fresh!! Read more
Prompt and friendly service. Accurate order which came quickly. Clean facility. And of course hot and tasty fresh Arby's food.... Really can't ask for more from truck stop fast food joint. No complaints whatsoever. Read more
