Arby?s is wonderful however this location is awful! There has been multiple times when this location hasn?t been open during... posted hours. Tonight they didn?t have roast beef. One time they refused to serve us during dinner hours because they weregetting their truck and so weren?t going to take customers. They are often out of menu items. It would be nice if yall were actually open the hours you have posted. Multiple times now I've tried to go to both of the... locations in perrysburg and they're always closed more than an hour before the times you have listed. We stopped for a quick dinner pick up before we continued traveling. The person who actually took our order was great and you... could tell she was busting her behind to get things together. The rest of the crew not so much. What should have been a quick inand out ended up taking 20 minutes, though there was only one other person in the store. Read more
This is the absolute worst Arby?s. Employees at night leave all the lights off so people think the store is closed. I ordered... chicken strips and they were discolored, almost black and as hard as rocks, fries are always old and hard, chicken on thesliders is hard, and the beef on my husband?s sandwich was super dry. It?s not like this was just a random, bad day for thislocation?my last 3 orders on different days, different times of the day have all been the same. I went there an hour before they closed and they said they was out of roast beef .(or I worked for Arby's a long time ago Kiara... just put the beef up and wanted to leave )but anyway I ordered the buffalo chicken and I took pictures they covered the sandwichin buffalo sauce not on the chicken it was like they dipped it in buffalo sauce and I em sending the picture into corporate .Ilove Arby's but that was not the Arby's I know.
