This is arguably the best chick-fil-a experience i have ever had. they came to my table and brought me a water because i had a... milkshake. Kim was super courteous and it felt like i was having a full service dine in experience! Our food was hot, and cameout very quickly too! no more than 3 minutes after we ordered it was at the table. would absolutely come again! Read more
Usually good. They brought our food to the table. Nuggets were luke warm, fries were cold. I don't like returning food. Went... home and reheated it. Yuck. I hate nuking fries. Oh well. Read more
The food is good and the service is nice, but the wait isn't worth it. Go before lunch and dinner rush. The drive through lines... are ridiculously long even with two kiosks. The workers are always working hard making sure that the service and a food are upto customer satisfaction. I recommend going before 12 PM and 5-6 PM where it's the busiest. Read more

As usual... great service and food. Extremely friendly staff. One odd difference to note: Illinois does NOT offer regular... chicken strips (only spicy). In Ohio, no spicy strips. Only regular strips. (Wish they'd offer regular strips in Illinois) Read more
