There 7 of us. Place qas not busy. Had to wait an hour for our meals. 3 of the 7 were burnt. My meal was barely warm and I did... not get much in the way of food. I ordered the pot roast which consisted of 3 very small carrots, the rubbery and fatty parts ofthe beef and a half cup of mashed potatoes. We were all disappointed but our server was wonderful. She said there was a youngteenager in the back cooking by himself. There were 4 girls we counted to wait on customers and no manager. We did not get adiscount on the burnt food or what was an appetizer that was very well done to a crisp. Yuck. Said the usual thing. Couldn't getpeople to work. Originally we had planned to go to the Petro Iron Skillet but they are only open m-thursday. Closed on theweekend. I sure was disappointed in that. Read more
Breakfast: The pumped-kin pancakes had no white chocolate chips nor pumpkin. They were pecan pancakes soaked in butter. Gave... them a 2nd chance for dinner. Ordered a steak, got there and was told they're closed (5hrs early). Told her I had an onlineorder and what it was. She said "we don't serve steak" and that she called 3 times. I got 1 unknown call and no voicemail. Iasked what they do have and got "that's a bad question." After surveying viable menu options I settled on chicken. The portionsize of the entire meal is about the size of a frozen meal, for which I just spent 3x the price. Read more
It took 10 minutes to be seated because the waitress assumed I was picking up an order. Then they were out of 2 different... drinks. Then I ordered, a salad with no meat. It took 30 minutes, waiting for my food and it never came. I walked out. VERYDISAPPOINTED. An hour if my VALUABLE time, wasted, because my waitress wasn't able to do her job correctly. Absolutely the most disgusting experience here tonight! Received half of our food. The other half came 25 minutes later. Only... 1/4 of the food was correct & edible. Waitress barely came to check in with us. Was only offered a 10 percent off of bill tocorrect the problem. We definitely will not be going back. I'll go elsewhere. Read more
If I could give ZERO stars I would!! I am a loyal Denny's customer, I frequent Denny's multiple times a week and my family... always stocks me up with gift cards at Christmas time- that's how devoted I am. This Denny's set a new tone for me and it's nota good one. Ordered a sirloin steak cooked medium. Received my order and it was raw. Sent it back and it came back 15 minuteslater a black hockey puck. Sent it back and after a longgggg time I asked the waitress if she could give me new sides with thenew steak, whenever it came out, since the ones originally given to me were cold at this point. She was super sweet and saidabsolutely. The "cook" on the other hand was not so sweet. He stuck his head out and said "absolutely not you took a bite ofthose that's all you get". At this point, nearly 2 hours waiting for a meal, I told them to keep the food and I'd go pay for mysalad and drink. The "cook" came out of the kitchen with his chest puffed out trying to fight me cussing me out demanding I payfor my entire meal, with the manager right next to him agreeing. My son and I stopped for Breakfast on our way to Cedar Point and the servers were so nice. The food was Amazing and it was just... an overall good time. We will be back. Read more
