We love Dickey's! A lot of restaurants changed after covid and quality has slipped. Not Dickey's! Hubby had the brisket plate... with 2 sides and dinner roll. The brisket had a great flavor, was moist and not a lot of fat. I had the (huge) loaded potato andit was good but I like a LOT of butter and sour cream. We both asked for to go boxes and will enjoy at least one more meal fromthe leftovers. Read more
I?m sorry for the bad review, but YUCK! Deets is bad, but this is the driest-no-flavor BBQ I?ve ever had. I?m sorry I spent $40... on Grub hub for turkey, pork, and ribs. Never again. The only thing I ate were the beans and coleslaw. Read more
Place is a joke ordered $30 worth of food, didn?t get half my order when I called the next day chuck the manager said there?s... nothing that can be done. Management a joke will not recommend unless you want half your order and cold food! My family hasowned a restaurant for 20+ years, when you mess up you make it right. After a long flight, we wanted to stop at dickey?s since we go to the one in Dundee and love it! The people are always super... friendly! We saw this one closed at 9 so we were going to get our food to go since it was 8:35pm. We walked in and did not evenget hello. Just 2 men staring at us behind the counter. We said hello and asked if we were okay to order food and they looked ateach other as if they didn?t want to serve us. We went ahead and ordered 2 sandwiches. Had to ask twice for our sauce and didn?tget the au jus for the pit dip. Did not get the option to eat inside either. The food tasted okay. I?m happy the fries werefresh. In the economy, it?s a luxury to eat out now and the fact the we come to spend money and are not welcomed isfrustrating. Read more
Turkey was good, brisket tasted like plastic. Not sure if this is how they store it but if you like the taste of drinking water... from a hose then this brisket is for you. Prices are 30-40% more then the local competition. Friendly staff. Clean. Just need toget the pricing in line and fix the brisket. Read more
Ribs were dry and old, literally almost like jerky, didn't get any sauces at all and I paid for extra as well. Daughter got the... chicken and it was dry and flavorless and without sauces....it was impossible to enjoy. Loaded potato casserole was flavorless,green beans were super spicy (which my son loves but should be listed as the rest of us don't), hubby got the brisket Mac stackand the Mac was dry and clotted with maybe 1/4 a cup of meat...the clotting, even after warming up again and adding a littlemoisture, still rendered or inedible. Was super excited to try this place but it's a thumbs down on pretty much everything weordered???? Read more
Rob the Manager is always friendly and is so great with the employees working there. His constant encouragement to the young... employees is refreshing. I always hear him teaching and explaining how and why they do things. Great food as well! I askedRob if he is the owner he replied no. He treats the restaurant as his own! So impressive Read more
Love this place! The food is tasty and the employees are really friendly. I walked out without one of my sides, so I walked back... in and I didn't even have to say a thing, they knew and were very apologetic. Gave me a big helping of fries, a free drink,offered me an ice cream, and gave me a ton of coupons. I was more than satisfied, and really impressed with the way they wentout of their way. I seriously don't understand why this place gets these one star ratings. The food is so good and the employeesare great too! Definitely recommend. Read more
