Went to get something to eat at 7:50 and a hand written note on the door said "Closed due to emotional damage" hours state they... close at 10:00. So annoying and clearly need new staff that can handle a job. Read more
I love the food but I was very put off tonight with the lack of service and exchange between employees. When I went in there... were 4 individuals standing and talking. All of them looked at me but didn't say one word and continued to talk amongst eachother. A new employee took care of me but I felt so bad for her. She was kind and asked another girl to help her wrap theburrito. The other girl told her no because she has to learn how to do it. So the new girl started to and I could tell she gotfrustrated because it wasn't working with her and falling apart. The other girl she asked to help came over and said " why areyou doing it like that" The new girl looked so defeated and I felt so bad for her. Then the burrito was falling apart so Imentioned something about it and the other girl completely ignored me and walked away. He burrito was a complete mess when Icame home. It's frustrating to new workers I am sure to be spoken to like that and it is frustrating for customers to have thelack of service. Read more
Purchased a few burritos. Thought food quality was not great and overpriced for what they were. The burritos actually stunk up... my car on ride home and literally smelled liked a soiled diaper after. When I was asking questions in restaurant, employeesdidn't know answers...I was just like ok.....nevermind. Food was very bland and not alot of flavor. I don't know if they don'tseason food? Or don't season enough? I've been there once before and food was not great.. thought I'd give another try to see ifmaybe just bad luck the first time and nope... the same if not worse. Very small meat portions.. I'm talking just a few piecesof chicken for a whole burrito ????. There is no atmosphere in place and nothing inviting inside to make you want to eat thereor come back. I wish I could give a better review, as I hate giving bad ones... but I have to be honest with my experiences. Read more
$13.95 for one small cookie, a 21 oz drink and this blob of a ?quesadilla.? Bottle cap for size reference. This is just a balled... up tortilla with toppings inside. I was also unaware that the lettuce and Pico was going to be thrown in with it so the lettucewas all slimy and nasty inside. Pico and lettuce are supposed to go on cold. The tortilla was super gross, not at all grilledlike a quesadilla should be. I ate about a quarter of it because I was hungry but couldn?t stomach the rest. It was just reallygross and I wish I could just get my money back. That was a lot of money to me. Was going to just spend $5 at Wendy?s butthought I?d treat myself to something better. The food is always delicious, but they don't always give you the full scoop. I know portion control is a thing, but you can see... the cup thing they use, and that it still has room. Most HotHead locations really pack it in there. But service is fast andfriendly. Read more
First time here or any hot head location and I was very impressed with the selection of all kinds of different options. Honestly... so much to choose from that the employees had a lot of recommendations. The sauces were very good. Would highly recommendgetting a order of churros for dessert. I got my burrito toasted and it definitely added to the flavor. Only thing I wasn't ahuge fan of was the sweet habenro just too different for me inside a burrito. Read more
Meal was cold when I picked it up 5 minutes before my scheudled time, they didn't give us chips for our dip appatizer we ordered... (even after I went back in to ask about it), I had tried to quietly let someone know about this on their website but never heardback (still haven't heard back 3 years later ???????????).
