Nicole took My order & once I received My pizza I noticed they had My order wrong. Once We cleared the issue She assured Me... since I didn?t want them to remake the pizza because it was late in the night & it wasn?t that big of a deal I?d be credited &all I had to do was call back on the same # and My info would pop up on the computer. I called today to find I was credited 1$ &again I spoke to Nicole & she acted as if she had no clue what had taken place. That was quite distasteful. Manger on duty is rude. Openly tells me that other orders placed days ahead of time come first obviously and too expect delivery... to take at least an hour on Saturday. Obviously someone needs to learn how to schedule more employees on days where they knowthey have an abundance of orders. I guess it will be Little Caesar?s or Vito?s next time because they?ve never told me in around about way my order doesn?t matter until the important ones are filled. Read more
Ordered food tonight for my husband and myself when I got home from work. When it arrived, the wings were completely unsauced. I... called up the store and they gave me the manager who was extremely rude and asked what I wanted her to do about it. I asked forthem to be replaced and she said ?fine but we need the others back?. Absolutely disgusted that youre asking for food back afterit?s been in a customers home. Ordered our weekly pizza from marcos and was a little concerned when it was 30 mins past the delivery time and still no pizza.... Called to check on the order when the person who answered said it would be an hour late. Asked to speak to a manager who got onthe phone and told me it would be an additional hour and then hung up on me before I could even say 1 word. Tried to call back 2more times just to cancel my order at this point and they would pick their phone up and immediately hang up on me. Needless tosay, Marcos will not be our weekly pizza spot any longer. Pretty sad this kind of customer service can ruin a customer of 20yrs. Would not recommend this location to anyone based on customer service alone!! Read more
