It had been a while since I came to this McDonald's. I went through the drive-through which was moderately fast. I was shocked... at how expensive McDonald's has gotten. What used to cost $3-4 for me was now almost $8. I was really surprised at how terriblethe frys were. They tasted like they had been cooked a long time ago and microwaved before being put in the bag for my food. Alot of times, after eating somewhere, you're left with a desire to come back but these were so terrible there is no desire to goback here. Read more
Stopped to get food after a very long day at work. Wanted the limited time only meal that was being offered but the staff had no... clue what I was talking about. Took half my order and asked me to pull around. When I got to the window instead of finishing theorder I was cashed out for half my meal. So not happy with the service and definitely will not be going back to this locationever again. Read more
Food was made right (even though usually fast food doesn't get my gf's burgers correct), small line moved quickly and bathrooms... were clean. The tables were not that clean and there were several fingerprints all over the mods at the tables... Just needed agood wipe down thoughout the restaurant and floor. Read more
I got a small order this morning, chicken biscuit, hashbrown, and a coffee. My food was very fresh and the coffee was nice and... hot ! Got a mocha frappe with espresso added. Very good. Read more
Worst experience ever in a McDonald's. Waited over 20 minutes outside for my mobile order, and when I went in to see what was... going on.. she just says "there's people in front of you." Upon asking for a refund, I am told "well, we're getting your orderready now." Then had to get my own drinks. What is the point of offering curbside pickup, if I have to go inside and get my ownfood and drinks?? Read more
This is consistently a 1 star experience. I’m truly convinced that ANY 5 star rating given to this establishment is fake... and/or paid for. Whoever is the owner or GM of this store should be ashamed of how they let this place be ran. It has to be thesame owner as the one on Dixie because that one is almost just as bad. Read more
I wanted a Big Mac and some Ice Cream thats all. You would think since it's summer time they would have they Ice cream machine... working but no. Now my Big Mac looks like someone just took a bite out of my burger patty like WHAAT. Like I'm out done. Read more
1. If you don’t have something, tell the customer. You shorted by order and I didn’t notice til I got home. No one answers... the phone so of course I’m just out food and money now. 2. Don’t serve old, cold fries. If there is a little left and theyhave been sitting for awhile, throw them out before refilling with the fresh ones. Don’t just serve them to customers to keepyour drive thru line moving. After waiting 30 minutes I really wasn’t happy about that. The night staff at the window handingout food should also be double checking bags to make sure everything is in there. I understand staff shortages, stress of beingbusy, etc. but you’ve got to pay attention to these things when people are paying a lot of money and waiting such a long time. Read more
