Bathroom was not at all maintained. Most of fountains were flat tasting including all coca cola. Drink station was empty and... could tell they were not cleaned or stocked most of the day. Seriously, fast food chain workers need to evaluate their workers before they hire them. I ordered something but changed my mind... and the girl at the first window did not comprehend normal English (she was completely fluent too.) I quote ?Could you erase oneice cream from that order?? and she proceeded to remove 2, giving me only 1 ice cream cone when I only wanted 2. It?s simplemath, really. 3 ice cream cones from the original order, erase one; what could be the number I wonder. Definitely not 1. If I could give a negative star I would! 9am every door open so I walk in to order my food and get yelled at by 3 people get out... the dining room is closed. No signs up nothing. Just ordered a 4C meal and the chicken was brown (well, looks like it was fried by some sort of re-used oil to fry it) and... smaller than what I expected. Also ordered a Iced vanilla latte with no sugar but they still put sugar in it. Read more
How to even start. The restaurant wasn't super busy, but it took forever to get your order. Even a drink was a wait. McDonald's... can be busy, but they weren't that busy when we were there. The beverage bar was absolutely disgusting. There was soda, wrappersand lids all over. Some of the drink options were just carbonated water. Looking for a table, we couldn't find a decent one thathad been wiped down. Half of the restaurant is freezing cold while the other half is comfortable. Read more
Honestly, when is the last time you haven?t bought a burger here that absolutely looks like it?s been sat on and smashed and... made hours and hours ago? Because I truly can not remember. The service is usually decent, they have young kids working and formost it is probably their first job. The quality of the food is just terrible though. Never fresh. It?s fast food, so I get it.However, Arbys and Wendys next door, Taco Bell down the street, is much more worth your money. Skip this location if you can. Read more
