I love Panera, but this location sucks. They take FOREVER to make the food and half the time they get the order wrong. When I go... through the drive through I can see the workers standing around on their phones with headphones in, not doing anything! Theyneed to hire a new manager at this location that will hold their employees to better standards. Read more
I am OBSESSED with their Greek salad, however Tuesday I ordered one for lunch and as I was trying to rush through the last of my... break i chomped down on an olive that still had the pit in it and shattered my tooth.. literally spit out the pit and threechunks of what used to be my molar. Not any of the workers fault, (perrysburg location specifically is always on point!) butmaybe keep an eye on them so hopefully it doesn?t happen to anyone else.. wouldn?t be such a big deal but dentist around heretake forever to get you in, and I?m a full time student working an average of 80 hour weeks and now I?m going to have to pay toget this fixed and take time off school and work.. ???????? Ordered delivery (through a third party), somehow or another my entree did not arrive. I called the store to inquire and the... manager was absolutely delightful and helpful - they made me a fresh new entree and provided a gift card. The food was excellentand service outstanding. Read more
It?s okay. We order here a lot because of proximity. The food quality and order accuracy is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes it?s... really good, a lot of times it?s a huge miss. Food not being heated up all the way is a very common issue, missing items onsandwiches for pickup orders as well. I was pretty sad about this egg and cheese sandwich that I paid $7 for last week. Daisy was thee most precious worker I have ever met. She was so kind, friendly, and even checked the back for extra bear claws... for me!!! We had a business meeting here and it went just lovely. Food was pretty ok. Service sucked. Took awhile and They never called out our name. Left our food to sit there cooling off.... Three things to carry. No trays available. Awesome.
