To say I feel unwelcome here is an understatement. Only reason I come here is because of the company gas card, otherwise I would... just go to Love's. The sense of entitlement I get from the employees is palpable. The voices I hear from behind the counter arecold and bossy. If you don't want to work, go home. I showered to the sound of loud hard metal music from directly across frommy shower. I guess it is Flying J policy to play loud hard metal music for the showers, now. I felt disdain for, anddisrespected by whomever was playing it. I would have more respect for Flying J if they put a sign on the front door saying "Wedon't want your business, leave". Read more
Another disappointment Flying J. It's becoming the norm. It shouldn't be. If Pilot Flying J can't keep their Truckstops we'll... maintained and provide services truck drivers need, bail out close your doors and break the monopoly you have over the fuelingand truckstops. You made your money Now change your business model and get with the program Truck drivers are 24 hrs Rain shinesleet and snow we need services 24 hrs. Staffing is terrible. Your managers are out of touch and your district managers are notdoing their jobs. Read more
Semi truck parking is very very tight. Horrible parking layout. People are forced to park evdry other spot, making it... inefficient. Expect to get hit here late night desperate drivers Read more

My Toledo location my favorite and the best they treat me good and accommodate as best as they can and care love my crazy... conversations no JUDGMENT there! And despite my 4'8 height and 114lbs stature treat me like an adult most IMPORTANTLY FAMIL! Insome locations I'm treated like a child like disciplined LOL if they signed a waiver cause of my skills I personally want totussle but the adult in me says take A BREATH. there food is phenomenal and never ask questions when I ask for fresh I have 45medical conditions and feel I shouldn't live in a glass house I even get IV IGG TREATMENT to keep me fiesty! But mostIMPORTANTLY they smile welcome me and keep my food fresh. If I run out of money to soon in the week and eat my own they neverask me to pay for condiments LOL a lot of your location has to know I live here so my rent is paid when you give up a paycheckask yourselves PILOT PPL how much money do you invest. The place is big not huge but it does the work with 15 shower which is great so you don't have to wait most of the time. Inside... you can find a Denny's for breakfast. Parking is big and comfortable and it's good for a long stay. Read more
I have no clue why this place was given a bad review. We rolled up late, was pleased they actually had a mail box, and the store... was warm and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean, actually the store was clean including the driver's lounge which is rare,rare ,rare these days! The Dennys was actually open too( closes at 10pm though) and I have to be honest it was the best Dennysfood and best waitress we've had since pre-Covid! Next morning we did tons of laundry ( only issue was the two laundry machinewere quite dirty but the guy working the back came and cleaned them immediately so kudos to him!) The shower was hot, greatpressure, and very clean. Ok so the Kiosk wasn't working, big deal. Who cares about a Kiosk when everyone that worked there, dayshift and night was friendly, Dennys was open, and there was a good laundry room and great showers. A little gem here for thedrivers!
