I placed an online order and was shortly refunded the money. I called to ask what happened and place a new order, but was hung... up on repeatedly. After the fifth time, I asked to speak to a manger, was transferred and was hung up on for the sixth time. Ittook an hour of my time between being hung up on and on hold for long periods of time. I finally gave up and ordered fromDominos. Which ended up being delicious, and because the delivery took longer than they believed it should have, we received afree pizza for our next order. I was livid over the behavior of the employees at Pizza Hut, but pleased with the outcome. Skipthis Pizza Hut altogether and go straight for Dominos. Read more
If I could leave a review strictly on bread sticks, I would give it a 5 but this an overall review. Will start by saying the... bread sticks are the best. Next will talk about pizza, I never have high expectations for a chain pizza store. The pizza isgenerally ok, nothing to write home about. The cinnamon rolls were fairly decent for a pizza store. Tried calling a couple times - the girl halfway thru the call "couldnt hear me", called back and then I was hung up on, then... someone answered and walked around with the phone until I hung up. Went in and the dining room looked like a tornado wentthrough it and the girl at the register was eating. Halfway thru the order, after telling me they don't do the dinner boxanymore but then saying "O yea we do", says "Oh yea we are out of breadsticks." Waste of time. Read more
