Service was good and thought prices were reasonable. Fowlballs were good but overcooked and dry. Enjoyed the dusted/lite... breading but would have been much better if not over cooked. When I ate in last week is was excellent, 5/5 stars. But today I placed a to-go order over the phone. The lady who answered was... talking to an entirely other person while taking my order, but took my name and order anyways. Quoted me 20-25 minutes. I wentto the store to pick it up, and after 3 people (including an owner) told me they?d check on it nobody came back to me. I waiteda full hour before one of them looked at me and very scarily asked kitchen staff about it who proceeded to bring it to meimmediately. If you get takeout expect another 30 minutes waiting in store while they make up stories on your food?s progress. The pizza is... terrible as well so better to go get something from either Little Caesars or Vitos instead of wasting $10. Overall a waste oftime and money. Read more
