They double charged me on a$30 order and I've been trying to get a hold of someone to get a refund for almost a month. Why does Subway even have a drivethrough? Sandwich ordering is not conducive to drivethrough. Why is your front door closed... and only the drivethrough open? If you don't have enough staff for both, then open the front door. Dont cater to the lazypeople who don't want to get out of their car to come inside and order, espescially with fuel at $6 a gallon. I've never had issues here until the last 2 times I've gone. Same girls working at different times of day and I think their... heads are filled with air. I had to keep repeating the same things over and over again, the one girl picked something up off theground and then was going to continue making my sandwiches which the other employee standing there had to tell her to stop andchange her gloves and then stood there. It is complete chaos now and makes me want to never go back to this location. Managementneeds to do something about the issues. Read more
The best thing about this location is that it's clean. But the customer service really needs worked on cuz every time I go in no... one says hi and they all act like they hate me being there (even when they're not busy). I'd be more than happy to tip them ifthey were friendlier. Also every time I go in they forget to give me at least one thing I ask for and they're pretty slow. Read more
This Subway location is something special. The staff are absolutely delightful, the service is fast, and the quality exceeds... expectations. I almost always have a great experience at this Subways location. What is great about this location is that they still serve... egg-salad for an ingredient. We really enjoy the egg-salad subs.
