Pros: Amazing staff, they?re so nice and welcoming Large amount of options for drinks The environment is so cozy and I found it... a good place to study Vegan option! Cons: My friend ordered the vegan sandwich and they served her a regular meat and animalbased sandwich, which she thankfully noticed before she ate it, but they quickly replaced it with the right sandwich that shesaid was very good. I ordered the avocado toast and really disliked it. I thought it tasted funny and looked a little weird andI realized I don?t think they use fresh avocado. I picked up a piece of the avocado and it wiggled like rubber, maybe frozen orsomething but it was really off putting. I also ordered the fall coffee flight, while the autumn sage and the pancake one weregreat the cold brew was not very good. I would say avoid that. I look forward to coming back and trying the cocktails forbrunch one day and maybe trying a breakfast sandwich instead of the avocado toast. Read more
3 days a week I rotate between the cinnamon muffin, lemon sugar cookie, and blueberry muffin! Such a cool, local hot spot! Flying Joe is the go to place if you love amazing coffee, delicious food and good vibes. The blueberry bliss cold brew is the... best coffee I?ve ever had and continue to come back for it. The breakfast sandwich with aioli is out of this world and the staffis always so friendly and helpful. I would give this place six stars if I could. Read more
I am not from around here but come to visit a friend who lives in the area, and we often end up at The Flying Joe. I am blown... away every time. We went recently and I couldn't help myself from getting a breakfast sandwich, homemade pastry, and not one buttwo different seasonal coffee drinks (gotta have one for the drive home, right?). Smaller coffee menu than a lot of places, but what they do have is excellent. I loved the seasonal flavor options which were so... unique and the one I tried tasted wonderful. Calming decor and atmosphere lends itself well to work or meeting with people. Read more
Great coffee. Had a pour over colombian which was great. A slight bitter but still tasty as a straight black brew. My girlfriend... had a honey cinnamon latte which was really good as well. First time there, but will definitely be back when we are in town.Better than burnt tasting Starbucks coffee. Read more
