My husband and I both got a single with cheese. We drove off and I took one bite and I had a mouth full of hair which made me... sick. That was so freaking sick. They did refund us our money but why wouldn't they I had the proof. I will never ever go thereagain. One thing I noticed is that NO ONE had a hair net on. All that long hair in there and nothing holding they hair up. Iknow things happen but geez that was gross. Put on hair nets PLEASE. Read more
Customer service is Horrible at this location! Ladies working drive thru were rude and unprofessional. Drive workers have a... really bad nasty attitude towards customers. She wasn?t raise right non lady like what so ever. How can a worker get made atcustomer for asking for their food fresh when they the one?s who are paying for their food or childs food to be made fresh. Kidsneed to realize without the customers you guys as workers wouldn?t even have a JOB!!! Uncalled for snatching food back out ofcustomers hands and cussing when your the one?s whom did not complete the order correctly! Then want to return food byre-cooking it in grease like customers dont know the difference between fresh foods! Then want to take all day giving a customertheir money back like its hurting you to do so. Who wants to get food from service like this and rude workers. Who clearly havedrug problems! Lesson learned. Ad this restaurant to the list of nasty customer service here in Perrysburg area!!! Managementneed to start looking at cameras more often and auditing workers. Good enough. It's a Wendy's. One lane closed in drive through. Getting to be expensive. Employees were friendly enough.
I was so disappointed in the quality of my food from this location. I waited in line for over five minutes, only to get home and... try to eat my chicken sandwich. And it was way too hard to even bite. The chicken actually just crumble once I tried to chew!! Ididn?t even know it could ????. Very unsatisfied! They could definitely do better! Read more
Zero stars is what they deserve. Ordered chicken salad with NO cheese. Good thing I opened the bag, cheese all over it. Told the... gal at the window and explained that cheese gives me a rash and that I ordered it without. She asked if they could just scoop itoff. I told her again that it gives me a rash and no it could not be scraped off. She took it and brought a ?new? salad a minutelater. I checked, appeared to have no cheese and I proceeded to park. I took 2 bites and found cheese. Seriously? They justscooped it off. Intentionally causing me harm. I will never return and have told everyone I know about this. Read more
Great food fast service! Beautiful engineering designs. This Wendy?s stands high among the other. Wendy?s are always great... designs but this building stood out to me in a great way.
